Postcards from Austria
Much of my time in Vienna was consumed by walking the streets, trying to gain a glimpse of the past in the present. The postcard series, made to support The Vienna Project’s kickstarter campaign “Mapping 1938”, communicated a bittersweet feeling that was always present. A city saturated in artistic glory, Vienna felt like a home away from home, tinged with memories of exile and murder.
